175A Upgraded 4JJ3 Alternator Wiring Harness & Mega Fuse Kit

Thinking of upgrading your Alternator in your 4JJ3 powered Isuzu d-Max or BT-50?

You will need to upgrade the Alternator & Earth wiring harness to accomodate the larger Alternator.

We have developed an off the shelf kit for these to be able to accomodate most common Alternator Upgrades up to 160A output.

This kit fits with a factory sized battery & replaces the main power feed from the Alternator across to the battery tray area.

It requires you to drill 2 holes in the tray beside the battery on the engine side of the battery tray with the battery removed to fit the Mega Fuse Holder that is required to upgrade the main power fuse to handle the greater alternator output.
You can either Nut and Bolt it down, or just fit it using 2 roofing style metal screws.

The Positive cable then runs from the fuse holder up to the battery positive.

The Earth Cable supplied piggy backs on to your current engine bay earth and engine earths to increase the capacity back to the battery.
