The SOFTT-W Gen 4 Tourniquet is a life-saving device designed to control massive extremity haemorrhage. Featuring a true 1.5" wide compression strap, it provides superior arterial compression and increased patient comfort compared to standard-width tourniquets.

Made with high-strength, lightweight aluminium components in all critical functional areas, it's built to perform in the harshest conditions and on the largest limbs. Unlike tourniquets that rely on Velcro, the SOFTT-W uses a hook and buckle interface for enhanced security and ease of application – especially under stress.

Its innovative quick-release buckle enables rapid strap routing without needing to re-thread the webbing, reducing application time and improving patient care in high-pressure scenarios.
