Our sleek, single-row LED bars incorporate a screw-less bezel design for superior sealing against the elements, fitted with Gore PolyVents for ultimate housing ventilation.
Encased in high-grade aluminium and protected by impact-resistant Lexan Polycarbonate lenses, their rugged construction will last for years to come.

  • IP68 for long term submersion and total dust ingress.
  • IP69K for stream jet cleaning.
• Ventilation: Gore PolyVent breather valve equalises internal pressure to prevent seal failure, moisture and dust ingress as the aluminium housing heats and cools - eliminating condensation & fogging.
• Housing: 6063-grade aluminium housing with 304 Stainless Steel fasteners. Overlaid with a UV & corrosion resistant Dupont coating.
• Lens: GE Lexan Polycarbonate lenses are virtually indestructible, UV, scratch and impact-resistant; they negate the need for additional protective covers.
• Optics: Flood & Spot reflector beam combination with 20°(Flood) & 8°(Spot) spreads.
